InReach Rehab in Franklin, Louisiana, is seeking a motivated Rehab Aide / Front Office Coordinator to support the rehab team at Bayou Bend Health System. This hands-on role covers patient care, clinic flow, and front office tasks in a team-focused environment.

You will assist with scheduling, patient check-in/out, and insurance verification, while maintaining clean, organized therapy spaces. The role also involves coverage for the Front Office Coordinator as needed and collaboration with the

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with preparing treatment areas and organizing equipment.
• Support patient care under the direction of licensed therapists, as appropriate.
• Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of therapy spaces.
• Prepare treatment supplies and assist with daily clinic flow.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Assist with patient scheduling and therapist calendars as needed.
• Support patient check-in, check-out, and insurance verification.
• Maintain accurate patient records while following HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist with general office operations, documentation, and communication with patients and providers.
• Provide coverage for the Front Office Coordinator, as needed.
