Job summary

Altria Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Manager, Technology - Regulatory Affairs to be the hands-on technical owner of regulatory submission and RIM platforms, responsible for system administration, configuration, validation, and continuous improvements to support regulatory operations.

Based in Richmond, VA with a hybrid schedule and relocation benefits, you will lead environments, integrations, data governance, and partnerships with Regulatory Affairs, technology teams, vendors, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent.
5+ years in information systems or technology in regulated environments.
Hands-on experience configuring enterprise applications in validated contexts.
Experience delivering tech projects from requirements through deployment.
Knowledge of RIM, regulatory submissions, or regulated content.
Familiarity with SDLC, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

Configure and build Regulatory Affairs tech solutions (RIM, submissions, content management).
Manage user access, roles, security and compliance controls.
Lead application environments, releases, migrations, upgrades, deployments.
Drive testing, validation, defect resolution, deployment readiness.
Maintain integrations between regulatory platforms and enterprise systems.
Perform data administration: bulk loads, migrations, mass updates, remediation.
Support compliance, audit, validation with documentation per CSV, QMS, SDLC.
Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, vendors, and partners to improve capabilities.
