Job summary

Altria Group, Inc. is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead Agile delivery for Enterprise Technology projects within the Technology & Corporate Development organization, based in Richmond, VA with a hybrid schedule.

You will collaborate with business leaders, product teams, architects, and vendors to advance enterprise Agile transformation and deliver measurable outcomes. The role emphasizes governance, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional coordination across Innovation, Quality, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years in IT/information systems or tech/business roles.
5+ years leading technology projects using Agile methods.
Experience delivering TrackWise Digital solutions and managing partner relationships.
Experience as RTE/Agile PM/Senior Scrum Master/Program Manager.
Experience in regulated environments with SDLC governance.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile delivery across technology portfolios supporting Innovation, Quality, and Safety, Health & Environment functions.
Serve as Release Train Engineer, Agile Project Manager, and Delivery Leader for planning and execution.
Facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, system demos and retrospectives.
Collaborate with relationship managers, product owners, architects, vendors to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
Drive Agile transformation and promote standards across teams and partner groups.
Establish delivery metrics and reporting for program health and value realization.
Manage risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder communications for strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with governance, quality, testing, and change control in regulated environments.
