Job summary

• Ability to compile, organize and analyze data.

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work activities.
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve complaints.

Responsibilities

• Compile and review confidential documents for the Regulatory Specialist III team.
• Coordinate board meeting agendas and manage workflow for nursing licensure and regulation.
• Serve as team lead for other regulatory specialists.
• Create bi-monthly board agendas and process disciplinary cases and licensee applications.
• Notify respondents of board dates and track orders.
• Coordinate travel authorizations for board staff and members.
