Qualifications

• Ability to compile, organize and analyze data.
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve complaints.
• Ability to understand Florida statutes, rules and licensing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee six Regulatory Specialist III and manage performance.
• Monitor workflow with daily database reports.
• Advise staff and stakeholders on licensure and exemptions.
• Ensure files are prepared for Board review and redaction.
• Coordinate with Background Screening Units and SSS.
• Lead by example and uphold department policies.
