Florida Department of Health's Board of Nursing is seeking a Regulatory Specialist III to lead the coordination of board meeting agendas, manage workflow within the Division of Medical Quality Assurance, and ensure adherence to regulatory timelines.

The role involves preparing bi-monthly board agendas, reviewing disciplinary and licensure materials, notifying respondents and attorneys of hearing dates, and processing travel authorizations for board members.

Formación

• Ability to compile, organize and analyze data.
• Understand and apply Florida Statutes, rules, policies and procedures for licensing and regulation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish working relationships.
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work activities.
• Must be physically present in Tallahassee office five days per week.
