Job summary

Syngenta Group in Greensboro, NC offers a Regulatory & Stewardship Intern position. You will gain hands-on experience in regulatory submissions, data summaries, and project management within the Emerging Talent Program.

The role provides exposure to product stewardship projects, digital tool exploration, and field tours with growers and Syngenta sites, while developing professional skills for a future career in agriculture and regulatory affairs.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in an applicable science discipline.
• Must be a current undergraduate student graduating after December 2027.
• Prefer a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support product registration with data summaries and position papers.
• Assist regulatory managers with submissions and technical responses.
• Evaluate imports/exports for MRLs in crops.
• Familiarize with regulatory operations and data management systems.
• Assist product stewardship on pollinators, water quality, and pesticides topics.
• Explore digital tools and AI options to improve processes.
• Participate in field tours with growers and distributors.
• Network with the R&D community to gather project information.
• Gain experience as a project manager and shadow regulatory managers.
