Job summary

Deutsche Bank in New York, NY is seeking a Branch Administrative Manager (Vice President) to lead Regulatory Supervision for the International Private Bank’s Ultra-High Net Worth client relationships. You will act as a gatekeeper, collaborating with Front Office and senior leaders to provide oversight, approvals, and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Regulatory supervision experience required.
• Knowledge of financial regulations such as SEC, FINRA, and Fed rules (Volcker, AML mandates) is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage risks for the Bank and advise senior leadership on risks and opportunities.
• Review and approve client communications, transactions, account openings, and policy exceptions.
• Review, approve, and maintain Policies and Procedures (WSPs, KODs).
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and COO to implement regulatory solutions.
