The role emphasizes collaboration across Lines of Defense, rapid issue remediation, and producing meaningful risk metrics to guide decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory, compliance or risk and control environments.
• Ability to analyse data and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Actively support the embeddedness of the regulatory change framework and accountability models across the business.
• Partner with regulatory stakeholders across Lines of Defense to understand regulatory applicability and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and implement sustainable solutions for mitigating regulatory risk.
• Contribute to Regulatory Risk Management metrics and ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Identify and oversee remediation of hotspot regulatory risk areas in Asset Servicing after change implementations.
• Contribute to team communication with business stakeholders.
• Advise on opportunities to enhance processes underpinning Regulatory Capability Framework (RCF).
• Support management in achieving the company’s strategic goals.
