Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and regulatory change management within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, governance, and risk management practices.
• Experience leading complex, cross functional initiatives and enterprise wide regulatory or transformation programs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across a global organization.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience partnering with business, technology, and data teams to deliver strategic change initiatives.
• Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and change management practices.
• Professional project management or change management certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and execution of enterprise regulatory change programs and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders across all lines of defense, business units, and operational teams to identify and implement solutions.
• Facilitate governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder meetings to support decision making.
• Manage program plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and BI solutions to provide transparency into program performance.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable project plans and operational solutions.
• Partner with business, technology, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery of regulatory initiatives.
• Drive adoption of program and change management best practices across initiatives.
• Proactively identify obstacles, manage escalations, and maintain delivery objectives.
• Communicate program status, risks, and key outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
