Job summary

Fidelity seeks an Analyst, Regulatory Reporting Operations to ensure accurate trade and position reporting for regulators across National Financial Services and Fidelity Brokerage Services. You will partner with trading desks, operations, compliance and technology to maintain reporting integrity.

You will analyze data, understand regulatory changes, build relationships with stakeholders, and help implement new rules across reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with broker/dealer trade and position reporting and regulations.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify issues and drive solutions.
• Proficient in SQL and understanding of databases (Snowflake/Oracle).
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and order routing impact.

Responsibilities

• Interface with trading desks, operations, compliance and tech teams to ensure accurate regulator reporting.
• Analyze data and regulatory changes; implement updates to reporting processes.
• Build relationships with internal/external partners and support inquiries/audits.
• Lead or participate in projects to improve reconciliation and reporting robustness.
