You will coach staff, monitor controls, and drive efficiency as Fidelity develops a new technology platform to streamline shareholder reporting for mutual funds and related products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in financial services focusing on regulatory reporting or accounting.
• Strong understanding of SEC regulatory reporting requirements (N-PORT, N-MFP, N-CEN).
• Analytical skills to manage large, complex data sets with accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with management and business partners.
