Forvis Mazars, LLP seeks a seasoned Regulatory Reporting Lead to architect and deliver agency reporting implementations for banking clients, including FFIEC reports and FR series. You will partner with clients and project teams to translate complex regulatory instructions into robust Axiom solutions, while guiding data governance and quality controls across programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in U.S. bank regulatory reporting with deep expertise in FFIEC Reports and FR X-9 series.
Strong understanding of data sourcing, reporting logic, and source-to-target mapping.
Ability to translate regulatory guidance into reporting solutions.
Excellent communication across business, data, risk, finance, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Axiom regulatory reporting implementations for banking clients, focusing on agency reports including FFIEC 031/041, FR Y-9C, FR 2644, FR 2900, FR Y-9LP.
Gather and prioritize business requirements, translating regulatory instructions into Axiom reporting solutions.
Provide subject matter expertise and challenge reporting requirements and design decisions.
Advise on reporting logic, taxonomy design, and data requirements for compliant reporting.
Drive best practices in regulatory reporting automation, data governance, and data quality.
