Forvis Mazars, LLP seeks a Manager of Risk & Regulatory to lead regulatory reporting implementations for banking clients, with emphasis on FFIEC reports and FR series. You will translate complex regulatory guidance into Axiom-based solutions and collaborate across business, data, risk, finance, and technology teams.

The role requires deep regulatory reporting knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to drive data governance and controls across projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in U.S. bank regulatory reporting with deep expertise in FFIEC 031/041, FR Y-9C, FR 2644, FR 2900, and FR Y-9LP.
Strong understanding of regulatory reporting data sourcing, reporting logic, taxonomy design, and source-to-target mapping.
Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Axiom regulatory reporting implementations for banking clients, focusing on agency reports (FFIEC 031/041, FR Y-9C, FR 2644, FR 2900, FR Y-9LP).
Gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements; translate regulatory instructions into reporting solutions.
Advise on reporting logic, taxonomy design, and data requirements for compliant reporting.
