Nasdaq, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its Axiom Regulatory Reporting practice in the United States. In this client-facing role, you will design, implement, and optimize regulatory reporting solutions on the Axiom platform for financial institutions.

You will translate complex rules into practical configurations and guide clients toward best practices, leveraging data analysis and stakeholder management to ensure accuracy and compliance with US regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 3+ years in regulatory reporting within banking, broker-dealer, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial products and accounting concepts.
• Proficient with large data sets and SQL; able to read data models.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret regulatory instructions into practical reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document data and reporting requirements for regulatory submissions.
• Translate regulatory rules into functional specifications and configuration on the Axiom platform.
• Advise on industry best practices, implementation strategies, and process improvements.
• Provide SME on US regulatory frameworks (Fed, OCC, FDIC, SEC, FINRA).
• Perform data analysis, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Support user acceptance testing, production parallel runs, and go-live activities.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and teaming up with senior SMEs.
