Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in bank regulatory reporting.
• FRB/OCC regulatory reporting experience required.
• Public or private sector experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end process for regulatory report preparation, review, and timely submission of FRB and OCC reports.
• Enhance report automation, system capabilities, process optimization, and ongoing management of the regulatory reporting platform.
• Assess impact of changes in the regulatory environment on reporting obligations.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls over regulatory reporting processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute change initiatives.
• Evaluate risk areas through review of policies and controls and implement corrective actions for compliance.
• Cultivate and manage a high-performing regulatory reporting team with accountability and excellence.
