Job summary

TP ICAP Americas Holdings Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Associate to join the Operational Controls team. The role focuses on daily and monthly reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of books and records, with an anticipated start date in October 2026.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Settlements and Compliance, address exceptions promptly, and contribute to automation and process improvements across regulatory reporting operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet fixed deadlines.
• Experience with regulatory reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/monthly regulatory reporting reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Settlements and Compliance to close exceptions promptly.
• Identify recurring themes in daily exceptions and elevate to management.
• Support BAU tasks related to transaction/regulatory reporting operations.
• Create and maintain a book of reports and metrics.
• Assist OpsRec with P&L reporting and reconciliation as needed.
• Support audit requests and regulatory exams with accurate documentation.
• Participate in walkthroughs and provide complete support.
