Job summary

TP ICAP in Louisville, KY is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Associate to join the Operational Controls team. The role focuses on reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of books and records, with an anticipated start date of October 2026.

You will perform daily and monthly reporting reconciliations, collaborate with Settlements & Compliance, and contribute to automation and control improvements to reduce costs while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet fixed deadlines.
  • Experience with regulatory or transaction reporting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with VBA/macros is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily/monthly transaction reporting reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with Settlements & Compliance to classify and close exceptions promptly.
  • Identify recurring themes within daily exceptions and escalate to management.
  • Create and maintain a book of reports and metrics.
  • Cross-train OpsRec team with BAU tasks such as P&L reporting and reconciliation.
  • Participate in internal and external audits; provide accurate support.
  • Organize documents requested for regulatory meetings or exams.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units on new technologies and automation initiatives.
  • Promote automation to improve control, accuracy, timing and reduce costs.
  • Ensure departmental Policy & Procedure documentation is kept updated.

We work as one to achieve our vision of being the world’s most trusted, innovative, liquidity and data solutions specialist.Role OverviewThe Regulatory Reporting Associate will be part of the Operational Controls team performing various reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of books and records.The anticipated start date for this role is October 2026 .Role ResponsibilitiesPerform daily/monthly transaction reporting reconciliationCoordinate with Settlements & Compliance to ensure all exceptions are classified & closed in a timely mannerIdentify recurring themes within the daily exceptions & escalate these issues to management for review, when necessary.Perform various BAU tasks directly related to transaction/regulatory reporting operationsCreate & maintain a book of reports & metricsCross train & assist the Operational Controls (OpsRec) team with BAU tasks such as P&L Reporting & reconciliationPro-active participation and coordination of all audit requests (internal & external). Participate in walk throughs and deliver accurate and complete support.
