Job summary

TPG is seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join the office of the Chief Accounting Officer - Credit. You will handle data collection, reporting tasks, and file ownership in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with Credit and Real Estate teams to ensure accurate, timely filings.

The role offers exposure to complex fund concepts, quarterly reporting cycles, and opportunities to leverage AI and automation within accounting workflows.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in public accounting and/or the financial services industry.
• CPA designation (completed or in process) is required.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and data presentation.
• Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, or Advent Geneva is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive ownership mindset with interest in automation and AI to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Centralized Financial Reporting & Analysis: aggregate data across Credit and Real Estate platforms.
• Prepare variance analyses and trend reports for VP and CAO- Credit.
• Draft communications on fund-specific nuances for filings.
• Build automation workflows and support automation initiatives using AI tools.
