Job summary

Partnership Employment is seeking an experienced regulatory reporting professional to collaborate with internal functions and ensure timely, accurate filings for domestic and international obligations.

The role will monitor evolving regulatory requirements, implement robust controls, and provide leadership with updates on matters affecting reporting processes and policy alignment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal business functions to obtain, validate, and consolidate information required for a range of domestic and international regulatory reporting obligations, including investment adviser, private fund, international transaction, securities, and state-level filings.
• Establish, refine, and maintain internal controls and operating procedures supporting timely, accurate, and consistent regulatory reporting.
• Track emerging regulatory requirements, enforcement trends, and industry compliance practices across U.S. federal and state jurisdictions and applicable international markets, assessing their potential implications for business activities, reporting obligations, and compliance processes.
• Provide leadership with timely updates regarding significant regulatory developments, changes in reporting expectations, and operational considerations.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to strengthen data integrity, streamline reporting workflows, enhance operational preparedness, and support scalable compliance processes.
• Support the compliance function with special projects, regulatory inquiries, and other time-sensitive matters as needed.
