Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Associate to join the Regulatory and Compliance team. You will liaise with business units to collect data and prepare for submission of U.S. and international filings, including Form ADV, Form PF, BE-185, and more.

Responsibilities include developing robust filing procedures, monitoring regulatory developments, and informing senior management of material changes. You will also collaborate to improve data quality and efficiency and assist with ad-hoc

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of registered investment adviser experience with regulatory filings.
• Experience with SEC filings for private funds is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect and aggregate data for Form ADV, Form PF, BE-185, and other filings.
• Develop procedures to ensure robust regulatory processes.
• Monitor regulatory developments and brief senior management.
• Inform leadership of material regulatory changes.
• Collaborate to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Assist with ad-hoc compliance matters.
