Job summary

iCapital Network is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Associate to join the Regulatory and Compliance team. The role supports regulatory filings and data-driven regulatory processes in a dynamic environment.

You will liaise with business teams, maintain procedures, monitor regulatory developments with senior management, and collaborate across stakeholders to enhance data quality and efficiency. The role requires 2–5 years of adviser experience and proficiency in Excel/Word.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of registered investment adviser experience
• Experience with alternative investments and SEC filings for private funds
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects
• Organized and detail-oriented with big-picture view
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Willingness to learn in evolving environment

Responsibilities

• Aggregate data and prepare submissions for Form ADV, Form PF, BE-185, Form SLT, Form 45-106F1, and Regulation D and blue-sky filings.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure robust regulatory filing processes.
• Monitor industry-wide regulatory developments and brief senior management.
• Inform senior management of material regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Assist with ad-hoc compliance matters.
