Job summary

VanEck, a privately held global asset management firm, is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst in Tampa or New York. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of fund reporting, including financial statements, regulatory filings, and board reports.

You will collaborate with Portfolio Operations, Legal, Tax and Audit teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness, drive process improvements, and explore AI-driven automation within the reporting framework.

Qualifications

• Quantitative orientation with data analysis experience.
• Understanding of asset classes and investment products is a plus.
• Experience with financial reporting processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and regulatory filings, analyze data for discrepancies.
• Coordinate with audits and internal/external teams to ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare budgets, board reports, and report on securities lending activity.
• Identify cost savings and implement automation in reporting models.
• Assist with department and company projects.
