Job summary

JPMorganChase in Tampa seeks a Regulatory Strategy Associate in the CCOR group to apply analytics and AI-enabled reporting to regulatory governance. You will develop SQL-driven data products and AI-enhanced dashboards, translating business needs into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Collaborating across Lines of Business, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Finance, you will help modernize regulatory engagements and governance while driving governance through data products and prompts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, engineering, computer science, statistics, or related technical field with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong SQL skills, including querying, joining datasets, validating results, troubleshooting data issues, and translating analysis into clear stakeholder-facing insights.
• Experience building, maintaining, or enhancing dashboards or recurring reports using BI tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain data and analytics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in AI-enabled analytics and automation with a business-outcome mindset.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries to deliver recurring reporting and ad-hoc analytics for regulatory engagement topics.
• Develop, publish, and maintain dashboards and analytics for senior audiences.
• Contribute to AI-enabled BI assets, including semantic layers and governed metric definitions.
• Define and maintain embodied KPI logic and scalable self-service analytics with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities where ML and GenAI can add value in partnership with stakeholders.
