Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Tampa seeks a Regulatory Strategy Associate within CCOR to apply analytics, AI-enabled BI, and ML to regulatory engagement and governance. You will translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions and deliver AI-enabled reporting for senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate across the firm with Lines of Business, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Finance to modernize governance and deliver governance-focused metrics and self-service analytics at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, engineering or related field with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, joining datasets, validating results and translating analysis into insights.
• Experience building or maintaining dashboards with Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize SQL queries to deliver recurring reporting and ad-hoc analytics.
• Develop, publish, and maintain dashboards for senior audiences with consistent definitions.
• Contribute to AI-enabled BI assets including semantic layer buildout and governance.
• Define and maintain governed metric definitions and KPI logic for self-service analytics.
• Identify opportunities where Machine Learning and GenAI can add value with stakeholders.
• Support requirements gathering, mockups, user stories, and backlog prioritization.
• Assist AI prompt development and monitor performance and quality with stakeholders.
• Support automation of reporting from multiple regulatory systems using Tableau and Alteryx.
• Build strong relationships with partners and senior leaders to drive analytics adoption.
