Job summary

LevelUP HCS is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to prepare, reconcile, and file US and Cayman Islands regulatory reports. The role requires interaction with Accounting, Operations, and IT to ensure data integrity and maximize efficiency using AI tools.

Responsibilities include FFIEC reporting, TIC and asset reports, and maintaining RegReporter data. Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of US GAAP are essential.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years regulatory reporting experience in banking or financial institutions.
  • Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and its applicability to regulatory reports.
  • Knowledge of banking products including derivatives.
  • Knowledge of RegReporter US regulatory reporting software.
  • Knowledge of AI tools to leverage and automate workflows.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and timely file regulatory reports with regulators for the US Branch.
  • Prepare the Call reports (FFIEC 002, 002s, 019) and present insights to Finance Management.
  • Prepare quarterly Cayman Islands reports (QPR and LBS) and present insights to Finance Management.
  • Maintain regulatory report data using RegReporter to ensure integrity and completeness.
  • Reconcile general ledger data with regulatory reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Utilize AI tools to perform data analytics, draft narratives, and automate workflows.
  • Perform system user testing and document results.
  • Participate in monthly financial reporting to Head Office.
