Job summary

Altria Client Services is seeking an Associate Manager for Regulatory Infrastructure & Quality Control to drive delivery of TrackWise Digital and QDMS programs. You will lead testing, manage Azure DevOps metrics, and guide stakeholders through agile processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

The role requires 4+ years in a systems/quality technology role with a focus on quality management platforms, plan/UAT cycles, and enterprise identity considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in information technology.
• 4+ years in a systems or quality technology role with delivery lifecycle exposure.
• Experience with TrackWise or other quality management systems.
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery and Azure DevOps for backlog, tests, and metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TWD and QDMS programs from planning through go-live and hyper care.
• Lead unit sprint testing, review test cases, and manage execution.
• Own Azure DevOps metrics and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Plan and complete user acceptance testing cycles and post-implementation support.
• Guide business users in Agile practices and Azure DevOps; transfer knowledge and create procedures.
