Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to own the day-to-day regulatory responses workflow within Global Ethics & Compliance. You will coordinate with legal, engineering, policy, and business teams, transforming regulatory requirements into actionable requests and overseeing end-to-end intake, response, and submission.

You will work closely with senior counsel and subject-matter experts to design durable workflows and tooling, balancing legal needs with technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience in legal operations, compliance, regulatory response, or cross-functional settings.
• Ability to work with legal counsel and engineering/technical teams to translate requirements into actionable requests.
• Experience in rigorous tracking, data hygiene, and meeting deadlines as non-negotiable.
• Strong written and verbal communication to align senior counsel, SMEs, regional teams, and external counsel.
• Hands-on comfort with Airtable and collaboration tools; design and improve workflows.
• Experience handling confidential, privileged information with sound escalation judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage unified intake with global leads and stakeholders; coordinate responses and final submissions.
• Translate regulatory requirements into precise requests for engineering, product, data, and business teams.
• Maintain trackers, monitor deadlines, manage regulator extension protocols, prevent missed filings.
• Produce cross-program metrics for compliance leadership and capture learnings to strengthen knowledge base.
• Improve the program with schemas, automations, playbooks, and documentation.
• Support and optimize compliance operations, tools, trackers, and strategic initiatives.
