Job summary

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in program management or regulatory compliance in tech or regulated environments.
Experience with in-house legal teams preferred.
Proven ability to scale compliance programs and document evidence.
Strong organizational and communication skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

Lead regulatory compliance programs end-to-end with defined scope, milestones, risks, and accountability.
Translate guidance into repeatable workflows, controls, and documentation.
Build partnerships across Product, Engineering, GRC, Communications, and Go-to-Market.
Support regulatory inquiries, audits, and investigations with counsel.
Maintain a reliable source of truth for obligations, controls, and evidence.
Identify execution risks and remediation, elevate blockers, and measure success.
