Netflix is building a regulatory Requests for Information (RFI) function within Global Ethics & Compliance. We are seeking a Compliance Program Manager to own this operational function end to end, coordinating with legal, engineering, policy, and business teams.

You translate legal requirements into precise requests, maintain trackers, and monitor deadlines while improving workflows and tooling. You work with senior counsel and SMEs to align responses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements for engineering and product teams.
• Strong tracking, data hygiene, and deadline discipline.
• Hands-on with collaboration tools like Airtable, Slack and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage unified intake with regional leads and coordinate responses across stakeholders.
• Break down regulatory requirements into precise, actionable requests for engineering/product teams.
• Maintain trackers, monitor deadlines, and manage regulator extension protocols.
• Produce cross-program metrics for compliance leadership and capture learnings.
• Improve the program with schemas, automations, playbooks, and documentation.
• Support and optimize other Compliance operations and initiatives.
