Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee LatAm consumer case responses and regulatory inquiries from Portuguese- and Spanish-speaking countries. You will lead a small team of specialists, coordinate data-driven decisions, and ensure legal assurances are clear and credible.

The role requires regulatory experience, strong judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction. Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with a law firm or in-house team; exposure to customer cases or regulatory activities is desirable.
• Analytical mindset with ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Proactive, independent work style with good judgment.
• Strong communication skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Portuguese, English, and Spanish proficiency is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of specialists handling consumer claims across LatAm, reviewing records and drafting responses.
• Coordinate regulatory solicitations from LatAm countries (Portuguese and Spanish speaking).
• Create and implement processes for preparing incident reports and quarterly audit statements.
• Collaborate with internal teams on client support, assessments, and regulatory strategy.
• Utilize client experience tools and internal resources to investigate cases.
• Engage with external partners to refine policy and legal framework; collect documents and review responses.
• Maintain internal documentation and case-specific reports and charts of legal assessment.
• Monitor data on the volume and types of claims to drive product and user experience improvements.
• Identify opportunities for automated data solutions to reduce manual data handling.
• Serve as primary contact and assist Client Support teams in analyzing and drafting responses to public complaints.
