Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to own the regulatory Requests for Information (RFI) function within Global Ethics & Compliance. You will translate regulatory requirements into actionable requests for engineering, product, data, and business teams, coordinate across legal, policy, and operations, and maintain robust trackers and submission processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in legal operations, compliance, regulatory response, or a cross-functional environment.
• Proven ability to work with both legal counsel and engineering/technical teams and translate requirements into clear requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage unified intake with regional leads and stakeholders and final review/submission.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable requests for engineering, product, data and business teams.
• Maintain trackers, monitor deadlines, manage extension protocols, and safeguard against missed filings.
• Produce cross-program metrics for compliance leadership and capture learnings from closed matters.
• Improve the program through schema improvements, automations, playbooks, and documentation.
• Support and optimize other Compliance operations, tools and trackers as needed.
