You will coordinate with experts across the company to develop filings, testimonies, and presentations for regulators and legislators, ensuring consistency with corporate objectives.

The role requires experience in regulatory filings, strong MS Office skills, and flexibility for travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• Five to seven years or equivalent experience in regulatory field.
• Specific experience in dealing with regulatory filings required.
• Occasional overnight travel and extensive overtime required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, compile and edit regulatory case filings with clear explanations of complex issues.
• Coordinate with senior management and regulatory case teams to ensure filings align with strategies.
• Assist with discovery responses and ensure responses match the questions posed.
• Develop key messages for presentations to external regulatory agencies and legislative committees.
• Prepare and refine pre-filed testimony in support of regulatory positions.
• Collaborate across business units to ensure timely and accurate filings.
