You will own projects from start to finish, automate recurring tasks with AI and low‑code workflows, and collaborate closely with our Legal Counsel on research, contract reviews, and regulatory initiatives.

We value a Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of delivering high‑impact, end‑to‑end projects without micromanagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an academically rigorous program.
• Track record of owning projects start to finish with minimal direction.
• Experience in legal operations or regulatory affairs is preferred.
• Comfort solving complex problems in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Familiarity with AI and low‑code tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run core legal operations and rebuild them using AI and low‑code tools.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel across the team’s scope on research, reviews and audits.
• Manage filings, deadlines, and regulatory audits accurately and end to end.
