Qualifications

• Must currently work for the Florida DBPR.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to accept the offered salary within the biweekly range.

Responsibilities

• Review applications for licenses, permits, and registrations to ensure qualification.
• Correspond with applicants regarding omissions or deficiencies.
• Process routine and complex applications per policy and statutes.
• Evaluate qualifications to determine eligibility for licensure.
• Determine approval or denial of applications for completeness and compliance.
• Communicate with supervisor if denial requires action.
• Update all relevant systems and data logs accurately.
• Provide accurate licensure information to internal and external customers.
• Process fee payments per receipting procedures.
• Respond to inquiries about licensure requirements and laws.
• Perform other duties as requested.
