Job summary

The incumbent will review applications, conduct research, and process documents in licensing systems, while preparing boards and committees materials and assisting with training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Florida statutes, board and department rules, and educational programs.
• Ability to compile, organize and analyze data.
• Experience with licensing processes and compliance guidelines.
• Must have at least one year of work experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and documents to determine eligibility for examination, certification, licensure or registration.
• Research complex licensing requirements and respond to escalated issues.
• Process applications in licensing systems and prepare materials for board meetings.
• Assist with training materials and tools for staff.
