Qualifications

Currently employed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Two years of customer service experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multi-task and work independently on multiple issues simultaneously.
Experience with automated data records systems and Versa Regulation licensing system (preferred).
Knowledge of and ability to apply Florida statutes, rules, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

Review applications and issue licenses, permits, and registrations for alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
Determine applicant eligibility and process compliance with Florida law.
Communicate regulatory requirements to licensees and internal customers.
