Responsibilities

• Process routine and complex applications per policy, rules, and statutes.
• Independently evaluate qualifications to determine eligibility for licensure.
• Determine approval or denial of applications for completeness and compliance.
• Communicate with supervisor regarding denials for further action.
• Update all systems, logs, and data records accurately.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to internal and external customers regarding licensure.
• Process fee payments ensuring deposits per procedures.
• Respond to inquiries concerning licensure requirements and laws.
• Performs other duties as requested.
