Horizon Behavioral Health in Lynchburg, VA seeks a Compliance Director to oversee licensing and regulatory compliance across all programs, ensuring operations meet current standards and CARF accreditation. You will serve as internal expert and coordinate with DOJ, DBHDS, DMAS, and other bodies.

The role requires a strong background in Medicaid/licensing matters, data reporting, and staff training; travel to Horizon sites may be needed. Exempt, full-time.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in health care or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination.

• Coordinate and monitor organizational licensing status for all programs and services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and CARF standards.
• Provide training on regulatory matters and oversee Policies and Procedures.
• Serve as internal expert and liaison with regulatory entities (DOJ, DBHDS, DMAS, CARF).
