Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in health care or related field, 3 years of related experience, and strong skills in audits, reporting, and staff training to ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in health care or related field; master’s preferred.
• 3 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Subject matter expert on Medicaid and licensing issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor organizational licensing status for all programs and services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and CARF standards.
• Provide training on regulatory matters to staff and ensure audit readiness.
• Oversee policies and procedures for quality and implementation.
