Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive People & Tech experience in employee relations, HR operations, compliance, policy administration.
• Experience with labor/employment law compliance and high-risk investigations.
• Ability to interpret policies and provide compliant, risk-mitigating solutions.
• Strong documentation, confidentiality, and judicious decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employee relations matters including complex cases.
• Conduct and support workplace investigations with objective fact-finding.
• Provide guidance on policies, employment practices, and legal requirements.
• Independently assess concerns and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues.
• Analyze trends and data to support improvements and risk mitigation.
• Drive policy enhancements, process improvements, and cross-functional projects.
• Support performance management, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain accurate confidential records and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent program application.
• Perform duties in compliance with safety requirements.
