Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois (or able to become) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal guidance on regulatory affairs and risk management.
• Advise on sustainability, packaging, W&M, labeling, and ESG obligations.
• Collaborate with business leaders and outside counsel to manage regulatory matters.
• Develop compliance strategies and monitor regulatory developments across jurisdictions.
• Draft memoranda, regulatory assessments, and advisory communications.
