Job summary

San José State University seeks an Administrative Analyst to coordinate regulatory compliance reporting, onboarding, and contracts within the Valley Foundation School of Nursing. You will gather and analyze data on accreditation, clinical placements, and student requirements, partnering with faculty, staff, and clinical agencies.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and database skills, with routine collaboration across university departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training.
• Administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to improvement of administrative policies, procedures, or programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory reporting and accreditation activities (BRN, WASC, CCNE).
• Coordinate clinical onboarding and student placements with agencies, contracts office, faculty, and students.
• Manage clinical affiliation agreements and contracts tracking documents and timelines.
• Collect and analyze information; prepare reports for accreditation and department needs.
• Provide administrative support to directors and coordinators while maintaining confidentiality.
