Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a Compliance Specialist to oversee state licensure, registrations, and regulatory filings across the organization. You will monitor evolving laws, liaise with state agencies, and drive timely audit responses to uphold standards.

Responsibilities include end-to-end license renewal, data reporting with Finance, and maintaining centralized compliance documentation. Ideal candidates have a paralegal background and strong research skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certification.
• Strong regulatory compliance and state filings experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end licensure processes for state licenses and registrations, including URO/IRO filings.
• Respond to audits and compliance requests with precise written deliverables.
• Coordinate with the registered agent for annual reports across jurisdictions.
• Maintain centralized compliance docs and renewal calendars.
• Support leadership on regulatory or legal projects as needed.
