Oribe Hair Care Regulatory Compliance Specialist Job Description

The role:

As our Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will support the Regulatory Affairs Manager's daily basic regulatory tasks. Your main responsibilities include test coordination, technical document review, and documentation maintenance. This includes product information file creation, raw material specification review, product SDS creation/maintenance, export document compilation/processing, regulatory platform maintenance, liaison with manufacturers and testing labs, and other projects assigned by your reporting supervisor.

  • Document Control (Product Information File and Test/Safety Assessment Coordination)

  • Test status updates & management of simple internal inquiries from team members
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BSc or BA), preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in the cosmetic and/or pharmaceutical industry
  • At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of global cosmetic regulations (USA, EU, UK, Canada, and Asia)
  • Knowledge of North American and EU Safety Data Sheet creation
