Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to build and maintain systems that give the organization a clear view of regulatory compliance across states. You will ensure medical and health documentation is complete and up to date, supporting enrollment and program integrity.

You’ll translate regulations into practical procedures, establish audit-ready processes, and provide leaders with dashboards and insights to drive timely action and continuous improvement.

• Experience in regulatory compliance and documentation management.
• Ability to translate regulations into actionable procedures.
• Strong audit and reporting capabilities.
• Comfort with multi-state regulatory requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems for regulatory compliance visibility.
• Track documentation such as medical records and licensing requirements.
• Identify missing, expired, or incomplete records and trigger actions.
• Develop reminders and processes to prevent compliance gaps.
• Provide leadership with clear compliance dashboards and reports.
• Conduct regular audits and improve compliance processes.
