Healthy Kids Extended Day Programs is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to build scalable, compliant processes across our growing childcare network. You’ll translate complex regulations into practical procedures, maintain a centralized regulatory matrix, and partner with HR, operations, and leadership to ensure records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

Formación

• Experience in regulatory compliance, healthcare, licensing, HR compliance, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and process-driven abilities.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into practical procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain state-by-state regulatory matrix and documentation requirements.
• Track exams, immunizations, health forms, and other records.
• Establish processes to identify missing or expired documentation.
• Develop reminders for expiring or missing records and audit readiness.
• Integrate compliance into enrollment processes with operations.
• Provide leaders with clear compliance status reports and dashboards.
• Conduct regular audits and monitor compliance metrics.
• Identify automation opportunities for repetitive tasks.
• Create processes that prevent compliance issues and improve risk management.
