Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a highly organized Regulatory Compliance Specialist for in-person, part-time work at our Fishkill, NY location. You will support compliance across 15 states, tracking medical records, licensing documents, and regulatory deadlines, while coordinating with the CEO and multiple departments.

The role emphasizes meticulous recordkeeping, follow-through, and proactive issue resolution to ensure accurate documentation and timely updates.

Responsibilities

• Track children's medical & health documentation across multiple states.
• Review records for missing, incomplete, or expired documentation.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems.
• Monitor expiration dates and send reminders for updates.
• Follow up with teams regarding outstanding documentation.
• Help ensure documentation is collected and maintained per requirements.
• Identify issues and report to CEO or appropriate department.
• Maintain organized information on childcare requirements across ~15 states.
• Assist with licensing, documentation, and regulatory deadlines.
• Prepare routine compliance reports and tracking documents.
