GoCardless, a Mollie company, is expanding its Regulatory and Compliance team. You will lead all US and Canada regulatory and compliance matters, developing a comprehensive strategy and deploying programs across the business.

This role is remote with some international travel. You will partner with product counsel and the global team to implement robust controls, manage examinations, and help GoCardless grow in North America.

Qualifications

• Experience managing compliance for US card programs and embedded payment products.
• Direct experience with US regulators and financial services regulation.
• Counsel product teams on regulatory impact and expansion plans.
• Experience drafting and implementing company-wide compliance programs.

Responsabilités

• Develop a comprehensive regulatory strategy for the US and Canada.
• Maintain licences and monitor changes in scope of products.
• Oversee AML/CTF and sanctions compliance programs in the US and Canada.
• Lead regulatory examinations, audits, and reporting.
