What excites us

We are looking for someone with experience in regulated financial services and passionate about helping us continue to innovate in the fast-paced fintech industry.

You may be an experienced financial services regulatory manager, coming from a larger organisation and looking for an exciting new challenge, or perhaps you have already been through a high-growth journey in a similar role, and are excited about taking on similar challenges in a company with a great culture.

We’d love to hear from you if:
  • You have experience managing compliance for US card programs and embedded payment/finance products in a fintech or program manager capacity, including working with sponsor bank partners, card network rules (Visa/Mastercard), and regulatory frameworks such as BSA/AML, Reg E, and UDAAP.
  • You have direct experience managing a regulated financial services company in the US.
  • You can counsel and advise the business and product teams on how regulations impact the business' products and expansion plans, helping the business to navigate a path forward.
  • You have dealt directly with financial services regulation and regulators.
  • You have experience in drafting, implementing and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks and policies across a company or department.
  • You are easy to work with, and want to work in a fun, fast-growing but demanding young company.
  • You can operate at a strategic level and demonstrate the value of compliance.
  • You have strong communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Bonus points if:
  • You have experience interacting and building relationships with state regulators on MTL matters, and FinCEN on BSA matters.
  • You have experienced a fast-growth journey.
